3. Online Ordering

When you place an order through our Site, you agree that:

• All information you provide (name, phone number, email, delivery address) is accurate and complete.
• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order.
• Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to menu item unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if circumstances beyond our control arise.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our Site are in US dollars. Prices include the base cost of menu items but do not include applicable taxes, delivery fees, or processing fees, which are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

5. Pickup Orders

For pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting your order at our restaurant within a reasonable time of the estimated pickup time. Orders not picked up within 1 hour of the estimated time may be discarded, and no refund will be issued.

6. Delivery Orders

Delivery services are provided through Uber Direct, a third-party delivery platform. By choosing delivery, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Delivery availability depends on your location and driver availability in your area.
• Delivery fees are determined by Uber Direct based on distance and demand, and are displayed before you confirm your order.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the third-party delivery service once the food has left our restaurant.
• You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
• In rare cases, a delivery driver may not be available. If this occurs, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative (pickup or rescheduled delivery).

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and is being prepared, it generally cannot be cancelled. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• Order was not fulfilled due to an error on our part.
• Food quality was significantly below reasonable expectations.
• Delivery was not completed and the food was not received.
• Incorrect items were delivered.

To request a refund, please contact us at (214) 412-3792 or angiewinnerskitchenstaff@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

8. Allergies and Dietary Information

While we strive to provide accurate descriptions of our menu items, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, shellfish, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before placing your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, menu descriptions, and design elements, is the property of Angie Winners Kitchen and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angie Winners Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to food allergies, delivery delays, or service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific order.

• Google — for address autocomplete and analytics
